some people piss me off like shit fuck tit ass motherfucker.  dont ask what that means because i sure as hell dont know.  anyway, i just got in an argument about first person shooters.  See, i'm and oldschool shooter, i grew up playing games like wolfenstein 3d, heretic, blood, duke 3d,  doom 2 and quake (the list goes on and on, I almost only play true fps's).  well here i am in a certaint chatroom talking about my favorite shooters when somebody jumps in and tells me that they all suck compared to cs.  I tried to keep myself from cussing the mofo out but with no prevail.  I have always hated counterstrike for the same exact reason almost all the other oldschool shooters do.  its a shitty ass game.  i'd much rather blow up an ogre with a chainsaw and a grenade launcher and watch its blood soaked gibblets fluttering about the screen.  see, oldschool shooters have this specific feel that games like halflife simply doesnt provide.  run around, kill, gore, gibs, rockets, chainguns, blood, demons, ultraviolence..  I love violence.  in video games.  in my oppinion, classic quake 1 is still fucking hardcore.  halflife, in my oppinion, is a childrens game.  WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO ALL THE GOOD FUCKIN' GAMES?!!  I miss the excessive violence..  its all about graphics these days.  I used to be able to sit down and play doom 2 for 20 hours straight, now i am watching a freind play cs for a minute and i am contemplating suicide.  well not really but you get the idea.  Not all new fps's are bad though, quake 4 is a decent title.  the blood looks nice and you can even see gibs in it.  its no classic quake though.  if id re-did quake one, it would be awsome.  get trent reznor to do the sound effects and music like he did the old quake and everything is good.  i miss the complete rage fps used to be about.
